Based in our Flagship store on Bond Street the Host will ensure that all the clients are welcomed to the store in a way that is memorable and engaging.

Your role is about offering every customer a unique experience, you will make a real difference for each of our clients.


Job Description:

This is a seasonal part-time contract, offered from 4th December until 31st January. To be successful you must be flexible to cover for the duration of the contract. You must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays with additional flexibility in the week preferred. This is a wonderful opportunity to join our Flagship team across the festive period

Key Accountabilities

  • Welcome clients to the store
  • Recognise regular clients and greet in a warm and friendly manner
  • Directing clients to the appropriate sales associate or department
  • On hand to deal with any client queries
  • Provide information to clients about the store and surrounding area
  • Assisting clients upon exiting the store
Key Requirements

  • Ability to connect with people in a warm and friendly way
  • Excellent grooming, presentation and posture
  • Confident in dealing with different people and cultures
  • Customer service focused
  • A positive and courteous attitude
  • A confident and articulate communicator
  • Excellent team player
  • Fluent in English
