Your role


You will work under the supervision of our highly experienced senior management team who will support your career development, enhancing your skill set and legal experience.


The role will see you working autonomously alongside other team members, so it is essential that you can work well within a close-knit team.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a professional and friendly first point of contact to our clients and business partners;
  • Assisting with data processing;
  • Carrying out AML (Antimoney Laundering) checks;
  • Assisting with the administration of office and client account;
  • Providing general administration support to the wider team;
  • Assisting senior management with ad hoc projects;
  • Assisting with virtual diary management and updating our case management system;
  • Assisting with reporting tasks;
  • Producing formal minutes and notes at management meetings
  • Answering the telephone, taking messages and returning calls;
  • Booking Counsel
  • Undertaking general research.

Desired skills

4-9 grades English and maths GCSE's:


  • A levels an advantage especially in law:
  • Confident with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage reception in conjunction with other administration duties
