SpaceTech Company is seeking an experienced Embedded Linux Software Engineer to join their team in Surrey. This innovative company is a leader in space-resilient computing infrastructure, utilizing unique AI/ML processors to bring advanced computing capabilities to space missions.

With a strong presence in both the US and Europe, this global start-up is expanding rapidly and looking for passionate individuals to contribute to their cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Space-Based Data Centres
• Develop Linux-based embedded systems
• Design and architect software stack for embedded, kernel, and user space

Requirements:

• B.Sc in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering
• 3+ years of R&D experience in C/C++
• Experience with embedded software stack: Firmware, Linux Kernel, and User-Mode

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of ARM processor architectures
• Experience with scripting languages like Bash, Python
• Deep understanding of cloud-based solutions
• Previous experience in board bring-up and BSP building
• Experience with containers, virtual machines, and hypervisors
