We are recruiting for Support Workers to support 21 individuals who all live in their own flats in one large supported living home.

There is a large, indoor shared space where the people we support enjoy spending time together, and a communal garden space that is used in the summer for barbecues and outdoor activities.


The people we support range in age from 21 to 74 and many have faced challenges in the past because of their mental health concerns, learning disabilities and Autism, but this hasn't stopped them from enjoying life They enjoy lots of activities, including watching football, acting, singing, dancing, going to the gym, arts and crafts and spending time with friends and family.

However, they're always up for trying new things, so are looking for inventive people who are up for the challenge.

Our support team are very diverse and work well together to ensure the people we support are happy and safe in their own homes

This can include:

  • Supporting them with medication
  • Cooking and cleaning
  • Assisting with personal care
  • Social support and getting out and about in their community


Our team provide support 24 hours a day, so we are looking for some flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including some weekends.

We are looking for full-time and part-time Support Workers and, generally, our shift patterns are:

  • 8am 8pm
  • 12 noon 8pm
  • 8pm to 8am (nights)
