As a Swim Teacher, you'll lead swimming lessons for individuals of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel empowered and reach their goals. Requirements:

  • Teaching swimming to children and/or adults based on the Leisure Centre's programme
  • Communicating progress to parents/guardians and offering guidance on their development
  • Supervising pool customers to ensure safety and discipline
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, and motivation
  • Level 2 swimming teaching qualification
  • Enhanced DBS check
