A hands on, lead reviewer and project managerClient facing, supporting proposal development, scoping out client needsMentor and develop junior colleagues, lead by example, quality checkingYou will be required to:

  • Supervise systematic literature review (SLR) projects, including:o Design o Running of searcheso Review of title, abstract and full paperso Data extraction
  • Undertake project management activities on SLR projects, including:o Project planningo Client liaisono Managing and reviewing the work of other review analystso Quality control
  • Lead on SLR proposals and pitch presentations
  • Lead on the development of standard operating and quality control processes for SLR
  • Be responsible for the line management of 2-3 SLR analysts
  • Contribute to training of SLR analystsThis is a technical hands on position, giving you a pathway to develop client management and commercial skills, or staying in the 'technical SME lane' under the guidance and support of an established leadership team.
