Position Details:

Full-Time: 38 hours per week

• Monday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Saturday: Closed
• Sunday: Closed

Role and Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive experience
• Manage appointments and patient records efficiently
• Support Practice Manager and clinical team for smooth operations
• Promote dental services and products confidently
• Handle payments and maintain patient confidentiality

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Previous administration or reception experience preferred
• Sales experience a plus
• Personable, positive, and customerfocused attitude
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Dentally software experience preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Healthcare setting experience desirable but not essential
