Working Hours: Flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday, covering days, afternoons, and nights.

Salary: Competitive pay ranging from £12.25 to £13.25 per hour PAYE.

Location: Warrington, WA5.

Job Type: Ongoing and stable role.

Responsibilities:

  • Trunking between depots for timely and safe parcel deliveries.
  • Collection of parcels from reputable customers using tail lift and pump truck operations.
  • Occasional handling of push roller cages and assisting with site movements.
  • Precise yard reversing and vehicle maneuvering.
  • Thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance.
  • Strict adherence to traffic laws, regulations, and company policies for road safety.
  • Effective communication with dispatch and logistics teams for on-time deliveries and pickups.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving license with Class 2 entitlement (category C).
  • Current DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
  • No more than 6 points on the license (minor violations only).
  • Successful completion of assessments including theory and practical elements.
  • Thorough understanding of WTD legislation.
  • Strong communication skills and safety-oriented mindset.
