Recruitment Administrator - Temporary Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team in a temporary role for about 3 months. As part of the HR team, your main focus will be on supporting the recruitment process and handling various tasks including:
- Drafting and posting recruitment adverts
- Issuing offer letters and onboarding processes
- Responding to inquiries and queries
- Liaising with department managers and job applicants
- Assisting with clerical tasks and projects
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in recruitment or HR
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive attitude and the flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively
This part-time position requires 20 hours per week, ideally in the mornings.
