Recruitment Administrator - Temporary Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team in a temporary role for about 3 months. As part of the HR team, your main focus will be on supporting the recruitment process and handling various tasks including:

  • Drafting and posting recruitment adverts
  • Issuing offer letters and onboarding processes
  • Responding to inquiries and queries
  • Liaising with department managers and job applicants
  • Assisting with clerical tasks and projects

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in recruitment or HR
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A proactive attitude and the flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively

This part-time position requires 20 hours per week, ideally in the mornings.
