The Role

As Group Reporting Director, your responsibilities include:

  • Leading the preparation of annual financial statements for the group and subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Managing audits across different territories and overseeing the group audit.
  • Implementing new accounting standards and ensuring accurate group consolidations.
  • Providing guidance on revenue recognition, leases, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Preparing consolidated financial schedules for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborating with financial reporting teams to streamline information flow.
  • Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency in the Finance function.

Your Profile



You should ideally have:

  • A formal accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA/CIMA/CA).
  • Experience with IFRS reporting and external audits.
  • Ability to deliver controls and compliance reporting.
  • Experience in managing relationships across departments.
  • Previous interim/contract role experience is a plus.
