NIKE retail stores use special job titles — retail assistants are known as 'athletes'. The Nike Leeds Trinity location is currently seeking a Fixed Term Full-Time (40 hours) Retail Assistant to join their team and deliver exceptional service to consumers.

What You Bring:
- Utilizing your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to provide a premium brand experience
- Assisting retail leads and floor managers in training new team members
- Supporting various store departments and helping reach sales targets by recommending suitable products
- Leveraging knowledge of digital devices to bridge online and offline sales/services
- Educating consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services
- Enhancing your skills through training courses to stay updated on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture

Qualifications
Candidate with customer service and/or retail experience preferred. Effective communication skills, ability to apply sales techniques, flexible scheduling availability for retail hours.
