Do you have Extrusion Technician experience and are looking for a new role

Previous Extrusion experience - ESSENTIAL

Department Core Hours:
Night shift 6pm-6am Mon - Thurs (shift allowance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work effectively to promote all Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
  • Correctly set up a "Compounding Machine" following a "Compounding Protocol to produce the correct granulated PVC pellet.
  • Correctly select the raw materials and packaging required to produce the PVC pellet.
  • Continuously monitor and record "in production" process alterations.
  • Correctly package and identify the PVC pellet.
  • Correctly clean the "Compounding Machine" between different batches to ensure no cross contamination takes place.
  • Complete correctly all necessary production paperwork.
  • Assist in other production duties as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.
