The
Upex Group are currently looking for a number of
Warehouse Operatives to join our team. As a
Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products within our warehouse.

Location:
Chalfont Saint Peter (Please note due to our remote location you will be required to have your own form or reliable transport)

Warehouse Operative Salary:
up to £11.68 per hour

Warehouse Operative Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday 14:00pm to 23:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming deliveries
  • Pick and pack orders for shipment to customers
  • Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including sweeping floors, disposing of packaging materials, and organizing shelves
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
  • Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not essential
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet productivity targets
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

Salary:
Up to £11.68 per hour
