Hours: 22.5 hours per week;

Either; 3 days per week 8.30am pm or 5 days per week 8.30am pm

Plus 1 in 3 weekends on call.

Salary:
£10.45- £11.55 per hour


Notaro Care Homes are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Person, to work at their 43-bed Residential Nursing Home, Clarence Park.


THE ROLE

  • General maintenance of the home
  • Maintaining equipment and keeping up to date records
  • Carrying out regular tests and checks such as fire alarms and PAT testing
  • Completing relevant paperwork including health and safety audits and risk assessments
  • Painting and decorating
  • Liaise with the Home Manager and/or Managing Director regarding any problems

THE RIGHT PERSON

  • To be flexible to suit the needs of the home and able to prioritsie workload
  • Must have experience in general maintenance, care home maintenance experience is desirable
  • Experience of working both independently and in a team.
