Axon Moore has partnered with a leading private equity backed services business near Preston (with good links to the motorway) to hire a new Head of Commercial.


As Head of Commercial, this role will attract a shares based LTIP scheme which is awarded on a meritocratic basis as they build towards an exit.

It's an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate from FP&A, Commercial Finance, or analytics, to step up and move towards becoming a director in the near future post-exit.

Proven commercial experience. Either ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or from a contracts background
Experience with contract based work is beneficial but not essential
