Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a variety of acoustic consulting projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct acoustic measurements, analysis, and modeling.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to clients on acoustical issues.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate acoustic solutions into design and construction projects.
  • Oversee and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain and build strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in acoustic consulting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Acoustics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in acoustic consulting or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge in acoustics, noise control, and vibration analysis.
  • Proficiency with acoustic modeling software and measurement tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional certification or licensure in acoustics or engineering is preferred.
