This is a permanent and full time opportunity reporting into our Head of F&B and will assume responsibility for the supervision of all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity.

A day in the life of a Warehouse coordinator:

  • Managing, evaluating, and reporting on stock systems.
  • Supporting the park management team with stock take.
  • Working with the finance team to ensure documents reach finance in timely manner
  • Managing the Aramark stock system ensuring the maintenance of the stock inventory system.
  • Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
  • Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
  • Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
  • Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
  • Working closely with Warehouse team to ensure needs of the Park business are met.
  • Process and tracking of emergency orders and transfers across the Aramark estate.
You'll be set up for success if you have:

  • Ideally you will have worked in a hospitality/ FMCG environment
  • Strong working knowledge of multisite leisure attraction.
  • Time management skills and the ability to work with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
  • Problemsolving skills.
