You will need -- Early Years Practitioner Level 3 qualification
- Experience working within a nursery environment
- A passion for working with children Within this role, you will - Keep a record of the children's progress to share with parents and other carers
- Build and maintain relationships with parents and other carers to facilitate the daily learning and care of the children
- Provide support to other nursery staff members
- Create an environment that meets the needs of the children by considering their cultural and medical needs
- Advise the Nursery Manager about concerns relating to a child or parent while respecting confidentiality requirements
- Adhere to the nursery's policies and procedures, as well as legislative requirements relating to childcare
- Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness and hygiene
