As an Business Support Coordinator for Short Term Pathways Team & Occupational Therapy Team, you will be responsible for providing telephone and face to face support to our staff that work in the community, service users and their families, dealing with enquiries and information that is sensitive, undertaking timely accurate recording on multiple different bespoke systems. You will be part of a team that works collaboratively with internal and external partners and focuses on promoting a persons independence following their discharge from hospital as well as ongoing occupational therapy.

This post is a full time position 37 hours per week and working hours are 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. Kent County Council is a hybrid working company allowing staff the flexibility to work across a number of offices alongside working from home, for this role there is a requirement to work from an office base a minimum of 2 days per week once their initial training and induction period is completed, during induction there will be a requirement to work from an office more than twice per week.

If the demands of the service change, there may also be an expectation for you to work weekends and bank holidays and this would be on a rota basis and paid at an enhanced rate. However, the service does not currently require weekend or bank holiday working.
