Overview:
Our client Titan is a pioneering healthcare development Company with interests in health-tech, pharmacy and local healthcare.


We are currently looking for a Team Leader for a team of around 6 employees who provide remote telephone advice to users of our Titan Pharmacy patient medication record system.


In your role, you'll be responsible for:

  • The day to day management of the team
  • Helping to train and provide ongoing support to team members
  • Monitoring and providing feedback on staff performance
  • Ensuring each member of the team provides timely and accurate customer service to our users

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Some previous experience in managing or supervising a small team
  • Handson experience with helpdesk or customer service software systems
  • To be highly customer service oriented
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • To be able to adapt quickly and flexibly as circumstances change
  • Great motivation skills and a passion for developing people through ongoing mentoring and training

The role:

  • Is full time (Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm)
  • Is based onsite at our modern office in Eastville
  • Includes a company pension
  • 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)

Pay:
£27,000.00 per year
