Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ensure that everything is done to nurture their relaxation, comfort and enjoyment in the spa
Responsible for the daily presentation, cleanliness and tidiness of the changing rooms, wet side facilities including all storage and back of house areas, assisting

  • Collecting guest amenities, deliveries, linen and food and beverage for spa guests and supporting the spa team in the delivery of sales and performance targets
  • Promote and be confident with all facilities offered in the hotel
  • Ensure a friendly and pleasant environment for all guests and employees
  • Ensure presentation and grooming is immaculate and within company guidelines given
  • Tour new members or day spa guests around the changing rooms and wet facilities and explain how everything works
  • Escort treatment guests to the Relax lounge once ready for their treatments
  • Attend and participate in a training and development programme to ensure full understanding of: and competency in spa operations
  • Work closely with the reception, laundry and restaurant teams to ensure the guest experience is enhanced.
  • Participate in and experience the treatment menu as part of the 'spa product knowledge' induction programme.
  • Work closely with the Laundry attendants to ensure dirty towels are removed from the area and replaced with clean linen
  • Clean showers, saunas, thermal areas, experience showers, toilets and changing rooms, replenish toiletries stack towels, replace bath mats, top up oils in thermal areas and replace all amenities
    Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a 4 or 5 Star Spa
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • The ability and flexibility to work shifts is essential
