  • Dealing with customer queries

    Have excellent problemsolving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • The role may require lifting at times
  • Adhere to health and Safety regulations
  • Customer focused whilst working to customer requirements for customer orders.
  • Use of company van for work
  • Picking up rolls of fabric (depending on the order) rolls may be up to 30kg in weight which is an occupational requirement
  • Cutting fabric
  • Putting Fabric rolls away
  • Packaging
  • Serving customers with samples and fabric as required
  • Taking in deliveries
  • Liaising with delivery drivers to ensure goods are received
  • Working as a team member and undertaking other reasonable duties
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Salary:
From £18,000.00 per year
