As a Clinical Research Associate at ICON, you will be part of a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with a group of skilled CRAs to manage investigational sites for clinical studies in phases II - IV, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards like ICH-GCP. This role caters to multiple sponsors, including medium and large pharma companies.

The role:

  • Independent and proactive tasks like study setup, monitoring, report completion, and documentation maintenance
  • Handling protocol submissions, ethics/IRB approvals, and regulatory documentation
  • Managing sponsor queries efficiently
  • Ensuring study cost-effectiveness
  • Reviewing study documents, feasibility studies, and potential involvement in mentoring CRAs

You will need:

  • 2+ years of monitoring experience in phase I-III trials as a CRA for a CRA II role. 3+ years are required for a Senior CRA position
  • Relevant college degree in medicine, science, or equivalent field
  • Prior monitoring experience in medium to large studies covering start-up to close-out phases
  • Proficiency in ICH-GCP guidelines and medical data evaluation
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel (domestic fly and drive) with a valid driving license
