As our clients Senior Compliance Analyst, you will be a key figure in ensuring that law firms receiving their litigation funding maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and efficiently progress their cases.

Your role encompasses auditing, compliance oversight, and collaboration with law firms to enhance their case management practices.

Compliance Oversight:
Conduct comprehensive audits of law firms to evaluate their compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.

Ensure that the internal database is up-to-date with actions, dates, and next steps related to compliance and audit activities.

Periodically review law firm due diligence and SRA information to maintain compliance records.

Arrange calls or in-person meetings with law firms to track case progress, assess their approach to schemes, and record critical litigation milestones.

Prepare detailed and actionable reports on audit findings, compliance status, and case progression.

As the Senior Compliance Analyst, you will be a critical asset in ensuring that law firms uphold compliance standards and efficiently progress their cases.

Your legal expertise and auditing skills will play a crucial role in this businesses ongoing success.
