We are searching for a visionary Head of People, Learning & Talent to spearhead our efforts in nurturing a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across our business in both the UK and France.


Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer you will be instrumental in designing and implementing strategies that optimise employee development, engagement, and performance.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with our business objectives and values.

Lead a skilled team of HR and learning professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.

Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs, and design relevant development programs.

Oversee the planning and implementation of engaging learning initiatives, including workshops, e-learning, and coaching sessions.

Foster a culture of innovation and curiosity by promoting continuous learning across all levels of the organisation.

Create and manage talent development programs to support succession planning and leadership growth.

Monitor the effectiveness of learning initiatives through data analysis and make adjustments as needed.

Partner with external training providers and industry experts to bring cutting-edge knowledge to our workforce.

Drive employee engagement by integrating learning opportunities into our overall employee experience strategy.


Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure our programs remain relevant and impactful.


What we need from you:

Qualified to degree level and CIPD qualified.

Proven track record in a senior HR or Learning and Development leadership role,

Deep understanding of UK employment regulations and learning best practices.

Strategic thinker with the ability to align learning initiatives with business goals.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.

Experience in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and mentor a team.

Demonstrated success in creating and implementing innovative learning solutions.

Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning platforms.

Strong data-driven mindset to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning programs.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
