The Property Manager is a vital link with the Lettings team, essential to the continued success and growth of the portfolio, ensuring tenancies are sustained and properties maintained.
You will need a full UK driving licence, and use of your own car for inspections.
Salary package and benefits of this Property Manager role include:
Five day working week Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm
Holiday entitlement

Main responsibilities for this role of Property Manager include:
Answer telephone, greet visitors and deal with politely and efficiently
Liaise with colleagues, inventory clerk, landlords and tenants as required
Ensure statutory safety checks are undertaken i.e. gas safety, PAT tests and EICR tests etc
Maintain accurate records on all property matters, logging history details
Add contractor invoices to the system ready for accounts to pay
Liaise with tenants regarding property maintenance issues
Vet contractors to ensure they are qualified to undertake the job, checking public liability insurance is in place
Arrange for contractors to undertake quotations for repairs and maintenance etc then to proceed when instructed
Arrange property visits with tenants, weekly or when required
Receive check out reports, liaise with inventory clerk, landlords and tenants ensuring the deposit return meets requirements
Ensure all legal requirements are adhered to
Essential skills for this Property Manager role include:
Property management experience essential, with a full understanding of current legislation
Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
