Our client, a leading provider of rural property services across the UK, is seeking an MRICS qualified Rural Surveyor to join their growing team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to advance their career with a well-established consultancy.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will work with a diverse range of private clients, providing expert advice on rural property matters, including estate management , valuations , and agricultural tenancies .

Responsibilities

  • Manage a wide range of rural properties
  • Conduct valuations for rural estates and properties
  • Advise on agricultural tenancies and property matters
  • Handle compensation and compulsory purchase work
  • Sell and let rural properties

Requirements

  • MRICS or AssocRICS qualification (FAAV desirable)
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • Proficient in IT and time management
  • Excellent attention to detail and teamwork abilities
  • RICS Registered Valuer status (desirable)
