About the RoleJoin us as a Student Union President at The Sheffield College, where you will be responsible for the day to day oversight of the college Students' Union functions and events, including contributing to strategic development of the Union to increase engagement with it, both within College and in the wider community.
This role will also ensure there is a fully democratically elected team of student volunteers in the roles of SU Officers and that there is a wide range of engaging events and campaigns for students.

Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, promote and lead cross-college student activities Provide support and advocacy for welfare issues by managing a proactive, responsive information service for learners Develop and manage Students' Union sponsored clubs, societies, events, campaigns and social activitiesResponsible for the promotion and distribution of Students' Union cards, as well as identifying other possible sources of incomeSupporting the recruitment and management of Students' Union OfficersSkills & KnowledgeWe strive to be an inclusive employer and welcome applications from individuals who believe they can contribute effectively to this role.
