Job Description:

  • Position: Account Director PRE-SALES / CRM / LOYALTY / SALESFORCE
  • Salary: £65,000 to £75,000
  • Location: London and hybrid – flexible working

We are in search of a seasoned Account Director with a solid background in CRM or loyalty marketing and a deep knowledge of marketing automation, preferably Salesforce, for an exciting opportunity at a fantastic agency.

This role focuses on pre-sales responsibilities and will play a key role in driving the agency's loyalty sector forward.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Account Management, Pre-Sales, and Salesforce/SFMC or similar
  • Ability to collaborate closely with clients to determine needs, strategize, and oversee the execution of loyalty marketing initiatives using marketing automation and communication strategies
  • Experience in account management and pre-sales at the AD level, specifically in CRM or loyalty marketing
  • Proficiency in Salesforce - ideal candidates will have a robust grasp of Salesforce/SFMC tools and technologies, although expertise in other campaign management platforms will be considered
  • Outstanding client relationship management, exceptional communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in developing personalized, data-driven strategies and campaigns
