Accounts Assistant

FRS are currently assisting a vibrant and expanding business services firm looking to recruit a hardworking, intelligent and conscientious Accounts Assistant, to support the Finance Manager and assist other members of the team.
Key Responsibility:
- Posting of supplier invoices
- Create, post and follow up on bills / invoices
- Recording and filing of transactions
- Updating of Excel spreadsheets and other internal systems
- Complete daily and monthly banking
- Help to prepare the monthly MI and Board reports
- Processing of expenses and company credit card reconciliation
- Ad hoc project work as required
- Involvement in process improvement and streamlining across the business
Experience:
- Previous experience of accounts data entry would be useful
- Awareness of accounting software
- Sage in particular (or Xero)
- Working to deadlines
