We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator who will be responsible for the day-to-day project coordination work, ensuring that projects are executed, reported on and completed efficiently.
Your main duties will include prioritising, coordinating, and scheduling daily work and system updates, using external online portals to align access permits and produce /ensure instructions are issued to field representatives.
You'll create and maintain records including data sheets, project documentation and reports ensuring all data captured is accurate and meets the specific requirements and ensure field engineers have the correct H&S documentation for all site activity.
