This role is full time working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday


Welcome to Ryland View Care Home in Dudley, situated three miles from the town centre and close to the Sheepwash Nature Reserve.

We're in easy reach of Birmingham New Road and M5 for drivers.

If you are visiting via public transport, the Home is on the Birmingham line bus route and close to Dudley Port train station.

Sandwell General Hospital is nearby too.

Residents are given a warm welcome when they arrive at our comfortable, friendly Home.

At Ryland View, we practice person-centred care - which means we take care of all of the Residents' wellbeing needs, physical, emotional and spiritual.

Compassion and kindness are the guiding principles for our dedicated team, who are committed to ensuring all Residents are able to lead the life they choose.


As a Colleague Administrator you will:

  • Be responsible for all front
- of
- house duties including welcoming visitors entering and exiting the building.

  • Provide clerical support to the Home Manager and when appropriate, other staff members
  • Have the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload.
  • Be responsible for general HR duties.
  • Completing and submitting Payroll.
  • Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office/Excel
