Job Description:

Purpose:

To oversee the submission and management of highway permits and notices across the UK using the Aurora system, ensuring compliance with client SLAs and supporting the Streetworks & Permitting Manager, ULC project team, and subcontractors in maintaining workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, submit, and manage streetworks permits/notices
  • Coordinate permit-related tasks
  • Produce reports as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with NRSWA regulations
  • Liaise with Local Authorities and Traffic Management Companies
  • Manage responses to inquiries internally and externally
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Adhere to Health and Safety protocols

Qualifications:

- Proficient in IT skills, especially Excel and Microsoft packages
- Experience in Telecommunications or related industry
- Familiarity with client tools and software such as Symology, Street Manager, and Aurora
- Possession of IT and Health and Safety qualifications
