Objectives

  • Supports the Product Director in developing a vision and roadmap, based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and their own industry insight for Data Feeds & Inbound platformn
  • Ensure appropriate level of support is provided on product query escalations from Customer Success & Salesn
  • Ensuring effective day to day management of third-party data suppliers & carriersn
  • Ensuring that Customer Success teams have relevant collateral and information to support Customer product queriesn
  • Provides support on new product suite across all Scoping, Planning and Launch activity for Product Team
Key Responsibilities

  • Creates, owns and develops the product roadmap using customer validation – customer driven development approach.n
  • Lead Status data squad to ensure cross business activity is up to date and working towards common goals.n
  • Sources and engages with development partners, working with sales/engineering to develop relationship to test outcomes.n
  • Supports testing of new inbound data feeds on ongoing basis, to ensure timely set up and onboarding, with accurate outputn
  • Prioritises development using consistent criteria applied through PRF (product Roadmap Forum) process.n
  • Defines clear success metrics, using outcome driven techniques.n
  • Requirements management: collects, manages and maintains traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases; ensures that technical implementation is aligned to requirements, working collaboratively with agile team.n
  • Driving migration conversations for applicable customers moving from existing to new product suite, capturing blockers and developing into future roadmap items to support.n
  • Producing monthly Product KPIs and metrics for stakeholder and exec review.n
  • Joining Product Squads to drive cross-business activity on requirement validation and product launchesn
  • Driving scope and requirements planning, with external customer led and internal stakeholder activity to validate
Key Result Areas/Standards of Performancen· Up to date monthly roadmaps for product increments and inbound data feed priorities, available and understood by Stakeholders- with clear priorities communicated through monthly PRFn· Ongoing improvement to Status Data feed coverage and completeness metrics, supported through data platform upgraden· Supplier agreements in place with Status Data providers, ensuring ongoing security of supply of inbound datan· Clarity of voice of customer in all requirementsn· Becoming domain knowledge expert across the business
