The Local Land Charges (LLC) register was launched in the Summer of 2018 and we need your expertise, enthusiasm and drive to further roll out this new service and contribute to the industrialisation of the programme.


Job description:


As part of this role, you will provide leadership, direction and support to a team of up to 30 administrators and be responsible for the completion of digitisation and data issue resolution tasks through the team.

You will react quickly to changes in priorities as directed by the Data Production Manager and support the team to adapt to changes through good leadership and communication.

You will be the first point of referral for any technical queries or logístical problems, sourcing solutions as required.

_ Due to the nature of the role, you will be expected to work on-site in our Durham Office on a daily basis. There may be an occasional requirement to travel to other HMLR locations as required. This may involve an overnight stay._

To meet the requirements of this role, you will have experience of working to tight and changeable deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You will have effective problem solving skills; knowing when to escalate appropriately and can drive a team to deliver common goals.


You can articulate any issues encountered with key stakeholders, and you will have effective interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and in writing.
