As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, Kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. To supervise, lead and train junior members of staff in all aspects oftheir work in the home.

We're looking for an experienced carer with an S/NVQ or Diploma Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care.

Not to mention great record keeping and time management skills. Beyond that, it's all about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get alongwith people. So, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you'll be truly considerate and kind.

Well, after all, it's just in your nature.
