We are looking for an experienced pizza chef to join our team, we are currently operating out of our restaurant in Haywards Heath as well as our new Location in Bolney as well as doing mobile events with our converted Land Rover.

We are a small independent business based in Mid Sussex, starting with a mobile business in 2019 we now have a premises in Haywards Heath (not too far from Gatwick), a kitchen space in The Cider Tap in Bolney as well as keeping our mobile event running.

We are looking for an experienced pizza chef who has experience in:

Operating wood fired ovens
Making and balling dough
Hand stretching dough for Neapolitan style pizzas
Level 2 minimum food hygiene
Good communication skills to work with a kitchen team and FOH team.
Attention to detail to maintain excellent standards of service.
Experience working in a busy restaurant or takeaway environment
Right to work in the UK is a must

To be able to manage street food and events we would also need the following:

Clean Drivers licence
Ability to drive manual cars with a (small) trailer
