We are expanding our team and looking for restaurant supervisors.

Good knowledge of a fresh food outlet is needed also Experience in the day to day running of a restaurant and know how to book tables in the diary as we get very busy so a good knowledge of how to generate the bookings and juggle tables around to give the restaurant a good flow of customers.

Leading a team and making sure all staff members know what they are doing throughout their shifts.
Be knowledgeable of allergens and have an amazing customer focus.
Speaking with chefs and giving good communication so they know what's happening out front.
Bubbly and polite is also one of the main requirements to make customers return.
This will include all bank holidays and be day/evening and most importantly weekends.
