Main duties and responsibilities will include all aspects of new home development cleaning including rubbish clearance, window de-taping, sweeping, mopping, wiping, vacuuming, dusting etc.

to meet the required developers standards at various points throughout the build process including initial build cleans (pre-painting), re-cleans (post-painting), Sparkle cleans (final clean).

We would like to hear from you if you:

  • Have a passion for cleaning with an attention to detail and exceptional cleaning standards (E)
  • Enjoy working in a handson role as part of a team or independently
  • Have a flexible approach to working (E)
  • Can work Monday-Friday from 6:30am (split week job share available) (E)
  • Can adhere to H&S processes and procedures (E)
  • Have commercial/domestic cleaning experience (PT)
  • Have a full UK Driving Licence (P)


 Have a CSCS
  • Labourer Card (PT)
(E) - Essential

(P) - Preferred but subsidised training may be available

(PT) - Preferred but training will be given
