Job Description:
We are partnering with a globally renowned consultancy on a SuccessFactors project for a client based in Preston.

We are seeking an additional SuccessFactors specialist with expertise in Performance and Goals Management (PMGM) to join the project team.


Candidate Requirements:

Experience :
Extensive background in delivering SuccessFactors solutions for large, multi-national organisations.

Certifications :
SuccessFactors PMGM and other talent management modules.

Skills :
Hands-on experience in delivering and integrating Performance and Goal Management with other SuccessFactors Suite components.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.

Flexibility :
Willingness to travel and work onsite as required.

Additional Information:
Due to the nature of the organisation, successful candidates must be eligible for BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) screening.
