Receipt and Despatch Administrator | Grantham | £10.14 per hour | Permanent after 12 weeks

full time Receipt and Despatch Administrator role
has become available on a temporary to permanent basis. **This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company based on the outskirts of Grantham.

Due to the location of the company your own transport is essential

Receipt and Despatch Administrator

Salary:
£10.14 per hour

Location

Hours of work
:
Monday to Friday 06:00 -14:00 and then 14:00 to 22:00 on a rotating shift basis including every other Saturday

Duties:

  • Create and allocate stock to customer orders
  • Contacting the transport companies to ensure the correct transport is in place
  • Dealing with the onsite veterinary surgeons
  • Updating management with current activities or issues
  • Covering the receipt and despatch desk
  • Managing vehicles and drivers on and off site
  • Processing stock receipts and despatches
  • Working closely with all departments across the site

  • Will have an enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Has the ability to work with speed and efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to multitask
  • Admin knowledge
  • Strong IT skills
