This service is rate Outstanding by the CQC.

All of our service users are active and we are looking for someone who can support in a wide variety of activities such as horse riding, bowling and hydrotherapy.

You will be assisting in all aspects of daily living as well as supporting with personal care. Our shifts in the daytime range from 8am - 9pm and involve early, late and mid shifts


All the Blue Sky Care homes offer a varied and imaginative programme of recreational and therapeutic activities, encouraging individuals to maximize their potential by providing individual person-centred support packages, which include care plans and activity planners along with associated risk assessments and support levels.


If you have previously worked in care that's great but if not, please don't let a lack of experience stop you from achieving a career in something suited excellently to your personality.

We are more interested in your ability to support our residents to maintain or gain new independence, assist with their social and communication skills and your commitment to ensuring that they live their life in a way that is satisfying and meaningful to them.


Our Support Workers are:

  • People who are compassionate and respectful and able to build positive relationships with those you care for.
  • Supportive and hardworking team players.
  • Have a flexible approach to shift patterns and able to adhere to a 7day rota.
  • Able to travel to and from the work location in time for your shift.
We are also open to offering part time hours.
