Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
  • Daily Scanning
  • Post (incoming and outgoing)
  • Tracking orders throughout the system
  • Opening and logging engineers paperwork
  • Preparing paperwork to be dispatched to engineers
  • General office housekeeping and adhoc duties

Qualifications:

  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Self motivated
  • Experience with working as a team
