Your Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our marketing team as a PPC/Paid Media Executive.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies targeting customer segments for all areas of the Group's Businesses.
  • Build and maintain "always on" paid media campaigns across relevant social channels that drive lead generation and exceed ROI goals.
  • Execute paid strategies for product launches to incentive campaigns, measuring impact on commercial outcomes.
  • Plan and execute long term A/B testing of targeting, creative and messaging to drive ultimate conversion.
  • Generate weekly and monthly dashboard reports for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid social initiatives.
  • Keep pace with paid social industry trends and developments and share insights with key stakeholders. Provide solutions to any issues caused by new developments.
  • Work with our inhouse designers on the creation of fresh ad content and content for a/b testing.
  • Build audience segments using 1st party CRM data and layer this with pixel audiences and 3rd party audiences.
  • Be the main point of contact and maintain relationships with external account stakeholders from Meta etc and ensure a twoway communication of testing, performance and feedback on account features and betas.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience managing PPC campaigns.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and achieving targets.
  • Demonstrate a high level of passion for paid media.
  • Extensive experience working with Google and Bing.
  • Has managed large monthly budgets and scaled PPC spend from thousands to tens of thousands.
  • An excellent working attitude with an ability to work well in teams and without supervision.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
