The role of the care and wellbeing assistant is to provide the highest level of relationship centered care to residents, ensuring meaningful occupation is woven into daily life.

Making sure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met and care is alignedto codes of conduct, Hallmark's policies and procedures and Charter; ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity.

No specific qualification is required, however QCF Diploma Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable or willingness to work towards is desirable we are ideally looking for:
