We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Specialist with an interest in working in a professional services environment.


This person will direct the HR practices and strategies in support of the critical customer-facing and firm administrative functions of the business.

We are looking for someone who can work with a Team of over 2000 staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies and activities that foster growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness
  • Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of labour records.
  • Assist in the recruitment efforts to fill vacant positions, including development of position descriptions for new roles
  • Coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review and health and safety practices.

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem solving/judgment skills and high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to coordinate and implement policies and procedures remotely.
  • Must have minimum of CIPD accreditation.
