We are looking for a very proactive new team member to work, part time or full time, on a hybrid basis remotely as part of our friendly and professional Resourcing Team. You will be supporting the recruitment and onboarding our new GPs and other clinical staff. The role may suit an aspirational compliance administrator who is keen to gain more exposure to a recruiting function.

You:

Will be involved in recruiting candidates from sourcing to interviewing and dealing with all onboarding compliance. You will be a first point of contact for onboarding clinicians and responsible for making sure they receive an excellent candidate experience. You will assist in guiding them through the recruitment process using our digital compliance platform. You will be diligent in ensuring all the correct checks are in place (e.g. DBS check, insurance, safeguarding certificates and arrangement of IT equipment etc) to proceed to induction. This is a key aspect of the role and a lot of your time will be spent on candidate compliance. You will arrange I.T. needs for each candidate during the onboarding process. You will manage and maintain clinician compliance and queries.

Requirements

You must:

Be able to attend office weekly. Currently this is Bracknell and occasionally London. Be proactive and solutions focussed with good organisational skills Be able to communicate well at all levels Maintain close contact with each candidate, ensuring they have everything they need while getting everything we need from them Be able to prioritise and work to deadlines in a fast paced environment and work to targets Be able to use your own initiative to resolve queries and drive through compliance in an effective and efficient way to deliver clinicians for onboarding within an agreed timeframe Have good general administration skills with knowledge of MS Word & Excel Work closely with the rest of the onboarding team to ensure seamless operations Ideally, you will have previous experience and knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements or a similar role There may be opportunities to progress into a full recruiting role for the right individual, but this should be viewed as a compliance admin/onboarding role in the main.
