Skills/experience:

- previous experience in a welfare or security environment;
- excellent communication skills;
- proven ability to relate to young people;
- proven ability to use own initiative;
- the ability to act quickly and appropriately in an emergency situation;
- experience of working as part of a team;
- the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel and security software packages;
