Are you looking to gain entry into the property industry with a well respected company? Then this role is for you. As an Apprentice Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for answering calls, organising and arranging appointments, plus dealing with general administration duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering calls and dealing with any customer queries
- Arranging appointments
- Dealing with repairs and repair system
- Raising compliance documentation
- Scanning & filing
- General administration
- Using Microsoft systems such as Word and Excel
- Adhering to industry compliance and legislation
- Use of systems and keeping these up to date
Skills & Knowledge
