We are a dynamic engineering firm working on a wide range of projects, from high-end houses worth £5 million to large housing developments, commercial, and retail projects.

Our projects are capped at 18 meters or 7 storeys due to PI constraints.

Our diverse clientele includes local companies and prominent names like Howdens, for whom we handle structural assessments, new builds, extensions, and more.


The Role:
We are seeking a Chartered Structural Design Engineer (CEng) to join our team as a Senior Principal Engineer.

This full-time role is ideal for someone with leadership experience in structural engineering, looking to head multiple varied projects and potentially move to a director level.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 2 engineers and 3 admin staff.
Oversee and deliver diverse structural engineering projects.
Detailed design, production of specifications, and schedules.
Prepare comprehensive reports.
Financial management of projects.
Apply Eurocodes and British Standards.
Utilize structural analysis software.
Collaborate using BIM and other processes.

Candidate Requirements:

Working knowledge of Structural analysis software
An understanding of BIM and collaborative working processes
